Everspoken

Privacy, kept close.

Everspoken is a private family voice vault. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the controls families have over it.

Effective August 8, 2026 · Operated by Orbital Beam Inc.

SMS privacy promise: Everspoken does not sell or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information we collect

We collect account details, family-circle membership, consent recordings, source recordings, generated audio, delivery details, transcripts, and audit events needed to provide the vault. We collect a member's phone number only when that member chooses text alerts. A delivery recipient must separately opt in before Everspoken sends recurring service texts to that recipient.

How we use it

We use information to authenticate members, preserve and deliver voices, operate June, maintain consent and governance records, send requested service notifications, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell family audio, voice models, transcripts, or contact information, and we do not use family content for advertising.

Text messages

If you opt in, Everspoken may send recurring service-related texts such as family-circle invitations, approval requests, delivery notifications, and account alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can manage notification preferences in your account.

Storage and security

Audio is stored in private, family-scoped storage. Access is controlled by authentication, row-level authorization, short-lived links, consent records, approvals, and an append-only audit trail. No security system is perfect, so we continually monitor and improve safeguards.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers, including Supabase, ElevenLabs, Resend, and Twilio, to operate the service. They process information only as needed to provide their services and under their applicable terms.

Deletion and retention

Members can seal a voice and request permanent deletion. Deletion removes the preserved voice, generated audio, source audio, and related private objects according to the deletion workflow. Deleted content may remain briefly in encrypted backups before routine expiration, but it is not available for normal use. Certain minimal audit or legal records may remain where required to document a security or consent event.
